Please note that we cannot accept returns because of event cancellations as these are not in our control.
1) Any cancellations/returns must be within 14 days of purchase/1st deposit.
2) No refunds can be issued, and returns are only accepted in terms of a credit note, to be collected in-store no later than 14 days of receipt generated from the first deposit.
3) We want you to be happy and feel beautiful in your purchase so we will be happy to facilitate exchanges within this time frame.
4) Cancellations/Returns cannot be facilitated for custom orders made specifically for you.
5) Please note that we can not accept returns based on event cancellations that are out of our control.
6) Please ensure dresses are in saleable conditions when bringing them back. i.e., unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and have all tags attached. Proof of purchase must be provided in form of the original sale receipt.
7) A non-refundable minimum deposit of 50% is required.
8) Deposits are held for no longer than 28 days, we can only hold your dress beyond this if it is fully paid.
